Training terms and conditions

Our learning approach

AssistantPRO Academy training is strongly focused on practice, professional situations and learning by doing. Learners work with professional tools, documents, equipment, workplace scenarios, simulations and projects.

The online platform complements classroom or live online teaching through course resources, exercises, assignments and quizzes.

Depending on the course, learners may complete practical exercises, professional simulations, technical installations, projects, presentations, online publications and workplace immersion activities.

Computer and equipment requirements

Learners are strongly encouraged to bring their own laptop, especially for computer, administrative, digital, accounting, communication and technical training. This allows them to configure their own professional work environment and continue practising outside class.

Learners who do not have a laptop may rent one from the Academy for on-site use, subject to availability.

Laptop rental: 5,000 XAF per week / 10,000 XAF per month.

For online training, learners must have a suitable computer, stable Internet connection and the software or applications required for the selected course.

Attendance, participation and assessment

Because the training is practical, regular attendance and active participation are required.

Learners are expected to complete practical work, projects, platform activities, online quizzes and required assessments.

Certification depends on successful completion of the training requirements applicable to the selected course.

Professional conduct

Learners are expected to respect trainers, classmates, schedules, Academy equipment, training spaces and professional confidentiality.

Practical activities and simulations must be carried out with the discipline, responsibility and professional behaviour expected in the workplace.
